Love Aiki(LA) is a bi-monthly skincare subscription box, that delivers natural and organic products to your doorstep. Available in USD only at this time.
Every LA box will feature a unique selection of sample to deluxe-sized skincare products. Each box contains a variation of 4-5 items.
Becoming a member is as easy as one, two, three! We offer two different membership levels depending on how long you’d like to commit to the subscription.
Yay! Welcome to the Love Aiki Community. Boxes will be sent out as soon as they become available and once orders have been placed. Our subscribers should receive their Love Aiki box within 5-10 business days of when it ships. We do our best not to stagger shipping. Our Goal is to ship boxes the friday of each week.

If you don’t remember your password, contact support and we can reset it for you. If you’ve tried a few different variations and still can’t get into your account, you’ve probably been locked out! Give it 24 hours to try again, or you can contact us to reset it.

New Subscribers will be billed for your first box the day that you subscribe for that month's box. This automatically makes you a subscriber on auto-renew (except you skip or cancel).
For LA bi-monthly membership, your card will be charged every 2 months. You will be able to cancel anytime. You’ll be charged every other month, from the 15th of each box month, regardless of shipping delays we might be experiencing, and when you paid for your first box.
For LA 3 months membership, your card will be charged every 6 months. You will be able to cancel anytime. You’ll be charged every six months on the 15th of each box month, regardless of shipping delays we might be experiencing, and when you paid for your first box.

MARCH BOX : BILLS February 15th, SHIPS first week of March.
MAY BOX: BILLS April 15th, SHIPS first week of May.
JULY BOX: BILLS June 15th, SHIPS first week of July.
SEPTEMBER BOX: BILLS August 15th, SHIPS first week of September.
NOVEMBER BOX: BILLS September 15th, SHIPS first week of November.
JANUARY BOX: BILLS December 15th, SHIPS first week of January.

If your payment is declined, our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your card 5 times. (Once each day) If we are unable to receive payment, your subscription will be canceled.
In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel the account before the payment is successfully processed.

We ship boxes throughout each month. Please note since we are bi-monthly subscription service, we deliver each months box over two months based on availability.
For example, If you subscribe to Love Aiki during one of our box months (July), you will be getting the July box. If you subscribe in August you will get the July box if its still available, otherwise your subscription will be for the September box.

Shipping for subscribers is FREE within North America.
We offer flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 for non-subscribers (aka customers who choose the "Gift a Box" option) within North America.
Shipping outside of North America would vary!
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number directly from LoveAiki.
If you do not receive your tracking number once shipping has begun [which we will specify via via email], please contact support.
You may also make changes to your delivery through this service.

If you were given a tracking number, don’t forget to contact the shipping service as well.
Cancellations are different for each membership. You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, by logging in to your account and following the cancellation procedures. Please visit our terms for more information.
We’re sad to see you go! Log in to your LoveAiki account and select “Manage Subscriptions and go to Cancel my subscriptions.”
If your account reads canceled please contact email@example.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
Due to the custom nature of LoveAiki boxes, we are unfortunately not able to accept returns, refund, credit, exchange or transfer after the order has been shipped. Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or a subscription renewed we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

If you received a damaged item, please contact email@example.com within 15 days of shipping and we’ll take care of it for you.
